Decided to fulfill,

With her determination and will.
“My age is just a number”,
She said with confidence
And resolved to study
With due diligence.

She was permitted to stay at home
And give her examination.
Bhageerathi Amma, she is called,
Scored a century,
In her age and marks,
Making her noteworthy
