The bright canvas of nature,
Decorated well with the golden marigolds,
Against the azure skyline.
Swaying their way through the gentle breeze.
Oh! What a treat to the eyes.
Do I have a choice,
To silently tiptoe,
And be amidst this...
In the sleepy winter morn,
Like a glisk of warmth,
Creeped in the dawn.
The song of the cuckoo,
Chimed in tandem,
As the sun played peek a boo.
The sprouting greens,
On the snow clad branches,
Looked so calm and serene.
The...
She was thirsty and parched,
The heat cracked her skin open.
All she yearned for,
Was a drop of water to soothe herself.
Her weary eyes, were in search,
Of that one speck of dark cloud,
Through which a drop...
Like the fallen leaf,
Our life's pages fall apart,
Making it unique.
Each leaf that falls down
Has plethora of stories
That are so special.
Nothing can be a
Better learning than these life
Experiences.

The sea so vast and calm,
Looks serene and divine.
The soft gurgle that it makes
Seems to spin a tale.
Listen! It comes closer,
To share a secret I feel,
Or a tale of love?
Or does it talk about...
Pleasing smell of the
Earth, so naked and naïve.
Tantalizing the olfactory nerves,
Reassuring the onset of the rain.
Intoxicating the poet who's
Clouded with thoughts,
Hallucinating all the nature lovers,
Oh! Indeed a bliss it is and
Rightly called the Petrichor.
