തള്ളേത്തല്ലി ( One who spanked his mother/ mother hitter) is a collection of short stories and anecdotes by V K Sreekumar in Malayalam and English. 

The whole book is laced with incidents that were part of the author’s life. His interactions with his grandchildren, his life with Indian Railways and his village in Kerala are expressed here. The language used is very simple and colloquial and that adds to the beauty of the narration. 

His outlook towards the world and politics can be seen towards the end of this bilingual book and that shows his interest and depth of his knowledge in the topics that he has written

Overall, the book is apt for a light read. 

This is the second book by the author. His first book titled – ഒരു ലോക്കോ പൈലറ്റിന്‍റെ കഥ (The Story of a Loco Pilot) is his autobiography.
