The name is Shashi Tharoor,

Whose English is an epitome of grandeur,

You need a special thesaurus,

As his words are bouncers for us.

In front of his English prowess, some feel poor,

And for some, he becomes their mon amour.

When he starts speaking, applause is in chorus

And he stands smiling before us.
